Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Manager to oversee recruitment operations for a US Financial Shared Services entity in the Philippines, focusing on the Banking and Finance sector. This role is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes to attract top talent within specialized finance and banking roles. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing recruitment within an in-house US Financial Shared Services setting, possess deep industry knowledge, and excel in driving high-volume hiring campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with organizational goals and meets the evolving needs of the Banking and Finance division.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipelines: Proactively source and build a diverse pipeline of finance and banking talent, focusing on positions such as financial analysts, compliance officers, risk managers, and other high-demand roles in the industry.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • High-Volume Hiring Management: Manage and execute high-volume recruitment drives, ensuring timely hiring to support business objectives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, providing insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices and innovative recruiting techniques, including leveraging technology and automation, to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with internal stakeholders to promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice in the finance and banking sector, especially within the Philippines and US financial services markets.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and company policies within the recruitment process, particularly around local and US employment laws.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role within a US financial shared services environment.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment for banking, finance, and other specialized roles within the finance industry.
  • Strong leadership experience, including the ability to manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and niche finance and banking networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Knowledge of both Philippine and US employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience with employer branding initiatives in the finance sector.
  • Certification in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
