Senior Program Manager – Treasury Cash Management Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and Implement Regional CMS Strategy: Develop and execute regional action plans for CMS, ensuring alignment with global Treasury policies and effective communication of the CM strategy to the regional team
  • CM Infrastructure & Processes: Design and implement compliant, efficient cash management infrastructure, manage bank structures and oversee authorization, user access updates across entities and banks.
  • Bank Relationship Management: Proactively manage CM banking relationships, ensure optimal service quality through periodic bank reviews and implement new banking solutions based on business requirements
  • Treasury Systems & SWIFT Integration: Negotiate SWIFT contracts, assess SWIFT connectivity needs and oversee the coordination of SWIFT security certifications and UATs for system implementations
  • Governance & Controls: Develop and maintain a risk control framework, conduct ICS assessments and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, develop and motivate a team of 2 direct reports, ensuring high-quality performance, clear task allocation and the empowerment of team members to achieve successful outcomes

Qualification & Requirements

  • CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent (or)
  • Masters Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related field

Professional Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate treasury, shared services, financial institutions, corporate govern./compliance
  • Strong analytical, strategic and decision-making skills, with a results-driven focus and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Team oriented and customer focused, with high intercultural skills, empathy and the ability to work in a diverse environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align business and technology goals
  • Strong understanding of cash management infrastructure, payment platforms and treasury systems integration
  • Proven expertise in managing banking relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment of banking solutions with business needs
  • Experience in governance, internal controls and risk management, with a strong ability to analyze trends and adapt Treasury strategies accordingly.
