Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap and backlog for one of SST’s core domains in alignment with product strategy and engineering direction.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, architects, and product teams to shape and prioritize requirements.
• Gather and document clear, actionable product requirements through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and operations to support design, delivery, and evolution of shared services.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable value.
• Drive adoption through strong internal partnerships and rollout strategies.
• Act as a product advocate for your domain, ensuring that consuming teams understand, adopt, and influence service direction.
• Continuously monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve service capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling domains.
• Strong technical fluency; able to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.
• Understanding of cloud-native systems, service-oriented architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in agile teams and driving cross-functional delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and manage stakeholder alignment across functions.
