Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal to drive digital transformation in HR and Shared Services. This role will lead the design and implementation of technology solutions to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR and finance technologies, strong architecture skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Architect and develop scalable solutions for HR, finance, and shared services functions, ensuring integration and optimization across systems.
  • Technology Strategy: Assess current technologies and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay informed on emerging trends to drive innovation.
  • Project Leadership: Lead digital technology projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and on-time delivery.
  • System Integration: Oversee integration of HR, payroll, AP/AR, and other critical systems to improve data flow and process efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Work with Global Procurement to evaluate and procure technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and mentoring junior team members.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in digital technology systems with expertise in HR/Shared Services technologies (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, UKG).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Experience with global digital transformations and integrations.
  • Global Experience: Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
