Description
This position is responsible for development and production support of the Human Capital Management (HCM) software program and related interface to General Ledger and Accounts Payable, providing enterprise-wide Payroll technical support and consultation.
Key Responsibilities
This position will focus on the technical view of the North America Payroll application with emphasis on the impact, implications, and functional/technical benefit of enhancements, as well as the design and implementation of customizations and fixes to the production system.
Qualification & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Finance and ten years PeopleSoft experience in HCM environments
OR
- a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and twelve years PeopleSoft experience and development in HCM environments is required
- Must have ten years’ experience in business systems
- Must have ten years of PeopleSoft programming/technical experience including use of Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI Publisher, Approval Workforce Engine, Integration Broker and SQL
