Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Application and Database SME – Lead to serve as a key technical expert supporting complex infrastructure environments, specifically within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related enterprise applications. This individual will play a vital role on executive-level project teams, offering deep technical insight, guidance, and innovation in support of Federal or DoD Oracle Shared Services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve exceptionally complex infrastructure, application, and database issues.
- Serve as a senior-level technical expert providing direction, interpretation, and innovative alternatives.
- Lead design and operational technical teams supporting enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms with over 300,000 users in production.
- Administer and troubleshoot:
- Oracle EBS Financial ERP
- Oracle Database
- SOA, SSO/OAM, OIM
- OBIEE, Hyperion, EDQ, UPK
- Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
- Implement advanced Oracle technologies:
- Oracle RAC
- Active Data Guard
- Oracle GoldenGate
- Performance tuning within the Oracle EBS ecosystem
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of technical documentation and project deliverables.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Contribute to the development of new technical principles and concepts for improved solution delivery.
Qualification & Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on Oracle EBS R12.2 or higher.
- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams in large-scale enterprise Oracle environments.
- Expertise with Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms and scalable enterprise architecture.
- Must possess a valid IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at the time of proposal submission.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
