Description

This role is responsible for delivering a cost-effective, transparent, and continuously improving supply chain business unit. You will manage daily operational escalations and long-term demand forecasting and planning for the Supply Chain Team. Most importantly, you will identify suitable supply chain partners and 3PL providers to meet both long-term goals and immediate needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy Development: This role involves guiding SBES Strategy, collaborating closely with peers, and leveraging market trends to enhance processes and capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management and Team Performance: Responsible for nurturing complex stakeholder relationships, supporting senior leadership, fostering team performance, and staying attuned to industry trends.
  • Lead and support a team across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing to achieve revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement goals.
  • Act as the senior leader, fostering team support, idea sharing, and empowering decision-making among Subject Matter Experts.
  • Develop and execute the supply chain strategy, ensuring end-to-end performance and managing relationships with energy products and supply partners.
  • Review and update supply chain practices to comply with environmental policies, standards, regulations, and laws.
  • Manage supplier performance, prices, and terms to ensure quality, delivery, and competitive costs.
  • Oversee AP and AR functions, AGL Electroserv business objectives, and coordinate supply chain management with other functional areas.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Extensive Experience in a Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics.
  • Strategic Leadership with proven ability to drive strategy in operational settings.
  • Operational Excellence, strong performance and capability in high-demand environments.
  • Relationship Building and excellent skills in developing and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical and Autonomous: Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills, with the ability to work independently.
