Description

As a key member of the Global HRIS team, you will collaborate with the Associate Director, HRIS to deliver the strategy, roadmap, and operational targets. You’ll work with peers across the Firm to improve processes and enhance user value. Managing relationships with the ServiceNow community, especially the Platform Governance Board, will be crucial to align schedules, vision, and support the ServiceNow rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with HR teams to understand requirements, prioritise the program backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features
  • Driving ServiceNow adoption within HR and across the Firm, making it the central point for all HR services and activities
  • Reporting progress to senior leadership, provide regular updates, and communicate risks
  • Assisting with integrating ServiceNow with Workday to streamline processes, increase automation, and improve data accuracy
  • Managing the HR Service Catalogue and Knowledge Base, ensuring they are current, and provide training to promote ServiceNow adoption

Qualification & Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in product management and HR Shared Services, with ServiceNow (HRSD) experience; integration with Workday is a plus
  • Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and operate in international and remote-work environments
  • Experience in process improvement, performance analysis, standards definition & governance, and documentation management
  • Experience working internationally and cross-culturally, influencing across hierarchical lines
