We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead Service Transition projects and programmes within the Intelligent Operations Service Transition team. This role is pivotal in executing strategic growth initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of business-critical transitions, and driving partner satisfaction. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators to deliver world-class solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of all transition requirements under a specified portfolio.
  • Apply transition methodology with intelligent frameworks and process excellence.
  • Champion Agile mindsets and integrate Waterfall, Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles.
  • Manage project/programme execution within agreed budget, time, and quality guidelines.
  • Assess and report project health with accuracy and transparency.
  • Predict and mitigate risks by engaging appropriate stakeholders.
  • Drive positive business outcomes through delivery KPIs, growth targets, and partner satisfaction.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Experienced in operations, service delivery, and transitions.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional initiatives and senior stakeholder escalations.
  • Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and attention to detail.
  • Agile mindset with cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • 10+ years in telecom or relevant industry, including 4+ years in transition/service delivery.
  • Proficient in IT architecture, analysis, and implementation.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile/Lean process management.
  • Certifications in Agile (Leading SAFe, LPM, Product Management) are desirable.
