Description

Our Client, a privately held tech-driven shared services platform with a large private portfolio of companies across multiple industries is seeking an experienced and versatile Financial Operations Project Manager Consultant for a 6-month contract, who has a demonstrated track record of managing international or cross-border projects involving accounting and finance operation migrations.

Senior Manager Project Finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to migrate all accounting and finance operation functions from international locations to the U.S. and establish and maintain a detailed project plan.
  • Facilitate regular communication across all key stakeholders to ensure alignment and keep senior leadership abreast of both potential delays and milestone completion points.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, financial and regulatory requirements in all regions.
  • Lead efforts to manage the cultural, organization and functional changes into the U.S. operations developing corresponding training material.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Finance required.
  • 10-15+ years of managing international or cross-border projects involving accounting and finance operations required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, follow-through skills, and communication with stakeholders required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both an on-site and international travel environment with cross-functional teams.
