Senior Manager, Program Manager (Value Stream Leader) – Alternate Position Navigation and Timing (APNT) (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the preparation of proposals, proposal negotiations, program plans, schedule, budgets, and contracts
• Prepares and presents program management and financial reviews
• Will develop knowledge of industry practices and standards and use of professional concepts. Applies functional or technical principles, theories, and concepts
• Receives minimal instruction on day-to-day work assignments. Plans schedules and arranges own activities to accomplishing objectives
• Networks with senior internal and customer personnel in own area of expertise on issues. Represents organization as a prime contact on key issues

Qualification & Requirements

You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Prior external customer support/interface experience required

We Prefer

• Knowledge of Collin’s APNT solutions and Core processes
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior Leadership experience and ability to lead IPTs through ambiguity and short deadlines is preferred
