Description
The Senior Manager of Product Management is a pivotal role that drives the product roadmap and product development of a set of digital products. This individual will understand market dynamics and the competitive landscape to develop a long-term product vision that addresses customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision.
- Develop and manage the product roadmaps for a set of products supporting the Finance and HR Teams.
- Manage internal platforms such as ERP and CRM, with a focus on core finance systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Emagia, order-to-cash) and HR tools (e.g., Oracle HCM). Define the roadmap and prioritize initiatives across both domains.
- Lead the product planning process from grooming the backlog to prioritization to developing epics and user stories.
- Work closely with Finance product managers and HR stakeholders to align product needs and dependencies, especially in cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment.
- Build & Manage a team of product owners through ongoing coaching and development.
- Assess internal platform capabilities and identify opportunities to improve or replace existing systems to maintain business continuity while driving strategic improvements.
- Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to manage team workflows and documentation.
- Evaluate opportunities for integration, authentication, and self-service enhancements across HR and Finance tools, with an emphasis on enabling scalability.

- Experience working with cross-functional product teams to address shared service bottlenecks, particularly where finance or HR systems are impacted by broader product initiatives.
- Ability to shift teams from reactive execution to proactive roadmapping and strategic ownership of shared internal tools.
What’s needed – Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on enterprise systems.
- 3+ years of management experience, leading product management teams or similar.
What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years Finance or HR product management experience.
- Previous experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Emagia.
- Able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
- Experience in the specific industry (e.g. B2B, supply chain, office supplies).
