Description

The People Partner Support team delivers scalable, consistent, and future-ready people experiences across Realty People and broader trade organizations, supporting over 8,000 field technicians and their leaders. This team enables People Partners and business leaders by removing friction, improving processes, driving systematic change in people practices, and shaping the future of work with insight and empathy. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting a high-population trade organization while leading transformation across people practices and ways of working. This role sits at the intersection of enablement, process improvement, and organizational change—driving consistency, surfacing systemic issues, and scaling improvements across the People ecosystem. You will also serve as the primary liaison to People Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring feedback, insights, and execution are aligned with enterprise strategies.

Senior Manager, People Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable Large-Scale Support: Deliver people support across a high-population trade organization, ensuring consistent application of people practices and tailored support for a complex workforce.
  • Be the COE Liaison: Serve as the primary connector with People COEs, surfacing feedback, influencing consistency in practice and process, and ensuring successful adoption of enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead Systematic Change: Drive consistency and scalability in people practices, workforce planning, and associate experience by identifying root causes, improving processes, and embedding sustainable solutions tied to the people strategy
  • Coach Leaders: Act as a trusted advisor for frontline managers and leaders, providing coaching on effective people management, talent development, and associate engagement.
  • Transform Processes: Partner cross-functionally (Associate Relations, HR shared services, People Partners, and business teams) to streamline delivery, remove friction, and embed future-ready ways of working.
  • Champion Change Adoption: Lead change management efforts for people initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout, high engagement, and long-term sustainability across the organization.
  • Amplify Associate Voice: Monitor organizational sentiment, identify capability gaps, and champion strategies that elevate engagement and manager effectiveness.
  • Innovate with Technology: Contribute to the development and adoption of self-service and GenAI-enabled tools to improve speed, accessibility, and efficiency of people processes.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Proven success in driving systemic change in people practices, ways of working, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Skilled at serving as a connector between business needs and COE strategies, ensuring alignment and scalability.
  • Strong capability in coaching leaders, influencing stakeholders, and navigating complex environments with empathy and pragmatism.
  • A systems thinker who understands the interplay of people, process, and technology and applies that lens to design sustainable solutions.
  • Resilient and adaptable in the face of ambiguity, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Passionate about improving the associate experience, building leadership capability, and unlocking capacity for people teams.
  • Collaborative, with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive results across matrixed teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a large field-based operations, preferably a trades organization
  • Experience supporting HR Shared Services
