Senior Manager – Payroll & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and statutory compliance function for Capita India, payroll shared services for South Africa and UK, and provide feedback to the team on accuracy, timeliness of the process.
• Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure that various labour laws compliance is met.
• Develop standard operating process manual for the function and business.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks for the business.
• Manage relationship with, auditors, vendors, consultants, and Group Finance / Group Tax.
• Participate in the recruitment of the team members and conduct interviews.
• Nominate employees from the team for rewards and recognition program.
• Conduct performance appraisal for the managers/assistant managers and provide timely feedback.
• Conduct skip level meetings with the team members; and
• Coach and mentor the team as and when required
