Senior Manager Patient Access

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Access, the Senior Manager of Patient Engagement Center (PEC) Operations is responsible for administering the daily operations of the PEC and for ensuring department goals and objectives are achieved and maintained, including a high-level of personalized customer service. This position will collaborate with the Executive Director Enterprise Access and leaders across the system to strategize and implement new service offerings and scope.

Qualification & Requirements

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 8 years of experience managing daily operations of contact centers, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • 6 years of experience managing teams to provide extraordinary customer experience and performance excellence.
  • 1 year of experience working in a new or start up environments with rapidly growing scope and evolving strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience with centralized scheduling and contact centers in healthcare.
