Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Organization Effectiveness & Change Leadership to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing organizational change initiatives, advising, developing, and consulting on business transformation strategies, defining business outcomes, and activating business and change plans. The Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership to understand strategic priorities, connect dots across extensive areas of transformation and change, design solutions, and implement change programs to improve organizational effectiveness, performance, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, including assessing and diagnosing organizational issues, developing change strategies, creating communication plans, and implementing change programs.
  • Understand business strategies, infer connections across strategic plans, identifying opportunities to integrate human experience of transformation and defining organizational effectiveness goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate strategy realization by partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans, establish metrics to track progress, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
  • Oversee organizational change and effectiveness initiatives by developing project plans, establishing timelines, identifying resource requirements, and managing project budgets.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to teams across the organization to build change management capabilities and ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Development, and other functions to align organization effectiveness and change initiatives with talent management strategies.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, business strategy, or related fields. Or 5 years of experience in a consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing organizational change initiatives and developing and executing organizational effectiveness and change strategies which activate business plans.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment.
  • Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
