Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager / Manager, Compensation and Benefits to join the HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a be a strategic role, being responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the company’s compensation and benefits programs, leading the shared services operations, and overseeing the HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s remuneration framework, policies, and programmes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategies.
  • Lead the annual performance and remuneration review processes, including bonus and merit increment pool determination.
  • Manage budgets for salary and incentive plans, including statutory reporting for share plans and collaboration with Finance on budget accrual and tracking.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and executive compensation reviews to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing advisory on performance management, remuneration strategies, and job evaluations.
  • Assist in secretariat support for the HR Committee

Shared Services:

  • Oversee the People Services team to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely support across all HR functions, including work pass management, licensing, and employee queries.
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve shared services programmes to enhance service quality and compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and review service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments as needed to improve service delivery.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and system enhancements, influencing stakeholders to adopt recommended solutions.

HRIS:

  • Oversee the HRIS team by ensuring the maintenance and optimal use of the HRIS system (SuccessFactor).
  • Provide guidance and support for day-to-day HRIS activities and system configuration changes to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, refine system design, and execute change processes within HRIS.
  • Work with systems integrators and internal teams to identify risks, manage support issues, and ensure system functionality aligns with workforce objectives.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Having a IHRP certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, shared services, and HRIS management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, including short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactor, and experience in system configuration and support.
  • An inspirational leader who is authentic, has a strong sense of self awareness and invests in the development of the team.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and relationship management skills to work effectively with people and stakeholders from diverse cultures and all levels.
  • Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations.
  • Healthcare experience and knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
