Description

This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

Invoice to Cash Senior Manager champions, leads, and influences ITC strategies and solutions for GS Finance–Manila, owning end-to-end service delivery for assigned Operating Companies. You will optimize cashflow and minimize financial risk by leading a team of direct and indirect reports to meet ITC performance targets (e.g Cycle Time, Automation Rate, Unapplied Cash, DSO, etc). You also lead systems and process transformations, including acquisitions/divestitures and business models changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo
  • Maintain Operational Excellence
  • Owns delivery of operational results / KPIs as per targets (e.g .g Cycle Time, Automation Rate, Unapplied Cash, Days Sales Outstanding, BP AR targets, etc).
  • Manages inquiries, provide resolutions and/or escalate issues.
  • Identifies gaps and mitigates risks.
  • Maintains a strong and robust compliant environment.
  • Ensures ITC is adhering to established processes and policies.
  • Provides ITC expertise to stakeholders/business partners, using data to develop business cases and influence decisions.
  • Attracts, develops, and retains talent – sets goals, runs performance reviews and delivers development plans.
  • Leads DE&I hiring and development initiatives to build future-ready skills.
  • Partners with stakeholders/business partners (e.g Finance, Commercial/Business Unit, etc) to resolve issues, align priorities and meet objectives/commitments.
  • Communicates performance, risks and remediation plans and changes (if any) to senior stakeholders.
  • Leads and/or drives business changes and requirements (e.g Acquisitions & Divestitures, business model changes, etc) and ensures delivery of benefits.
  • Leads and drive continuous improvements to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, experience and insights.
  • Leads, drives, shapes and manages the various business transformations (e.g. Systems, Process Transformations)

Qualification & Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance or related field
  • Professional certifications preferred (CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications)
  • At least 8-12 Years Work Experience
  • At least 4-7 years of Management / Supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience in operations or service delivery, with strong knowledge of compliance, internal controls and audit readiness.
  • Hands-on experience in ITC Cash Applications with proven delivery against operational metrics and process redesign
  • Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP)
  • Experience working across regions or supporting global stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple, competing or changing priorities
  • Proven ability to make data‑driven decisions in ambiguous or complex situations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders and influencing cross‑functional partners.
  • Effective in leading and managing change for teams and business partners: drive adoption, minimize disruption, and deliver intended benefits for system/process transformations
  • Preferred: Fundamentals in Finance & Accounting (e.g Accounts Reconciliation, Month-end close, etc).Broad understanding of ITC or Order-to-Cash (OTC) end-to-end processes. Proven track record in Operational Excellence and Process Design/Transformation. Experience leading automation and delivering measurable results. Demonstrated success delivering cross-regions, cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed environment

  • Primary shift : EMEA. Candidate must be flexible to work alternate or extended shifts as required to support global assignments and stakeholders’/business partners’ overlap.
  • Scope: Primary focus on ITC Cash Applications; role may be assigned to broader ITC projects (e.g systems, process transformations, A&D , organization, etc) as needed.
