Description

In your role as (Senior) Manager HR Services (m/f/d), you are responsible for the analysis, optimization and documentation of HR processes. The aim is to review existing HR processes, identify potential for improvement and develop more efficient, standardized processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and development of a high-performance team of approx. 5-6 employees.
  • Ensuring the entire HR administration (contract processing, certification, system maintenance)
  • Monitoring and analysis of existing processes in the area of ​​HR administration with continuous optimization of these processes
  • Development, construction and implementation of HR processes including KPIs in the area of ​​HR service
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics as well as support of the payroll department in the preparation of reports
  • Close cooperation with HR Business Partners and Payroll

Qualification & Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies
  • Relevant professional experience in Human Resources Shared Services in an international corporate environment
  • Experience in managing employees and teams with different experience and seniority levels
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable and target group-appropriate manner
  • Very good knowledge of Workday software
  • Good knowledge of labor, works constitution and collective bargaining law
  • Distinct attention to detail and precise working methods
  • Enjoyment in improving existing processes
  • Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and the ability to simplify complex processes
