Description
Lead and manage the HR operations team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle transactions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices comply with labor laws and internal controls.
- Maintain and audit HR data for accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery through automation and process optimization.
- Work closely with IT and HR tech teams to improve HRIS and related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Establish SLAs and KPIs for HR service delivery; monitor and report on performance.
Employee Experience & Support
- Oversee resolution of employee queries and issues through shared services or helpdesk models.
- Ensure timely, accurate communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Partner with internal communications and employee engagement teams to improve experience touchpoints.
Talent Management & Development Operations
- Support execution of learning and development operations, including training calendar management, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate performance management processes, talent assessments, and succession planning logistics.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including tracking of training, certifications, and performance reviews.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to align HR operations with business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner in workforce planning, compliance audits, and organizational development initiatives.
Qualification & Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 8+ years in HR operations or a similar leadership role.
- Deep understanding of HRIS systems and data management (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Experience in leading HR transformation or process improvement projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with change management and HR digital transformation.
- Exposure to global HR operations or shared services models.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making
