Senior Manager -Global Credit Control

Key Responsibilities

• Build & report Monthly KPI’s on timeliness & quality.
• Ensure that customer invoices are accurate, issued & collected on time, chase & minimize overdue balances.
• Reporting SLA’s /reports for senior management.
• Work closely with the sales and customer success teams for resolving billing & collection disputes & discrepancies to ensure all Targeted SLA’s are achieved.
• Monitor and analyze customer payments, reviewing credit status where appropriate.
• Identify improvements to systems and process to ensure maximum efficiency and a continued improvement mindset across the team.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations related to renewals, invoicing& credit control Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to facilitate timely payments. Provide support to the finance team as required.

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Good solid experience (15+ years) in leading Global Collections teams with excellent track record.
• Strong knowledge of Invoicing & Credit control processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience producing detailed reporting for both operational KPI management and senior management reports.
• Experience in handling audit requests/local compliances.
• Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of technology-based organizations advantageous, ideally SaaS.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce and billing systems (Zuora) preferable.
