Key Responsibilities
- Along with people responsibility the broad remit is to develop independent consulting focused Financial Analysis, for each market, which the market team can take up and execute on (With/ Without support).
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
- Develop commercial outcomes such as product line and supplier profitability, sales patterns and shifting consumer trends, and measure promotion effectiveness
- Being adept at independently engaging with business partners to understand problems and solve them
- The role will be required to identify a string of opportunities, that are grounded and action oriented, that can make a significant difference to the financial performance of the business
- Doing independent or demand based Deep Financial Modelling & Analysis to identify solutions to business commercial problems
- Improving Working Capital (Across Product, Range, Stock levels), Support Investments decisions (i.e., new stores)
- Developing and leading a high performing team, creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day
- Promoting a culture of CI within their teams to drive operational improvements
- Accountable for achieving team’s objectives, stakeholder management and escalation management
- Provides inputs that impact the functions plans, policies, influences the budget and resources in their scope
