Senior Manager, Financial Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

• Design various financial processes of the Group’s Financial Shared Center to ensure that the implementation process better serves each branch and subsidiary, and provides high-quality and fast services to each branch and subsidiary;
• Responsible for guiding, supervising and inspecting the daily accounting work of the Group’s Financial Shared Center;
• Responsible for the process streamlining of the group’s financial shared center and the customized transformation of the information management of various internal systems;
• Responsible for the control and prevention of operational risks of the group’s financial shared center.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or other related fields;
• More than 5 years of working experience in the financial shared service center of a large state-owned group enterprise, and those with working experience in the financial shared service center of the manufacturing industry are preferred;
• Intermediate accountant or above;
• Possess cross-functional knowledge of industrial development trends, deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, financial shared services, capital control, etc.;
• Familiar with the industry and business environment, including politics, economy, urban planning, competitive environment, industry trends, relevant policies and regulations, territorial and urban development trends, etc.;
• Familiar with the company’s financial management, accounting, business processes and systems;
• Financial organization building capability: Ability to plan, design and build a financial shared service center according to the group’s strategic development direction;
• Financial system and process design capabilities: Ability to build efficient financial shared service center systems and processes;
• Accounting and business guidance capabilities: Have standard and efficient accounting capabilities and the ability to provide business guidance to secondary financial management departments;
• Reporting and information disclosure capabilities: Familiar with financial knowledge such as financial statement preparation and information disclosure.
• Demanding property as a guarantee or for any reason, or seizing certificates and licenses, are all suspected of being illegal.
