Description
As Senior Manager Finance & Performance (m/f/d), you advise customers on the implementation of concepts and solutions in various subject areas of the finance sector – and thus contribute to the sustainable optimization of the finance function and an increase in competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance Strategy: You develop strategic recommendations for improving or transforming the finance function and support your customers in the implementation phase.
- Global Business Services: In your projects, you are responsible for the implementation of cross-functional organizational models such as corporate centers, shared services and outsourcing.
- Business Finance: You develop and implement control, planning and reporting processes for your customers in order to make company management efficient and effective.
- Operational Finance: You analyze existing processes and structures at individual company and group level in order to optimize, harmonize or automate them.
- M&A Finance: Your tasks include the conception and implementation of the Day 1 readiness of the finance function in the context of integrations and carve-outs.
Qualification & Requirements
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in a management consultancy, auditing firm or an industrial company in the relevant field
- Proven expertise and several years of experience in one of the above-mentioned offering areas, very good knowledge of digitalization and technological transformation
- Experienced in communicating with top management, competence in leading large, interdisciplinary teams in heterogeneous project environments, strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High level of commitment, agile, goal-oriented working style, high affinity for technology trends and big data
- Willingness to travel and confident in communication and presentation in German and English (very good in spoken and written)
