Senior Manager, Finance, Global Business Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote the customer-focused culture at the level of the entire team in charge, with a view of intensifying customer relationships and leveraging Bank relationships, systems and knowledge in general
  • According to Global Operations Finance, implement policies, reports and recommendations established by the Bank. Under this guidance, be the point of contact with Global Operations Finance for financial reports, presentation of Forecast and Budget and any other alignment required by Global Operations Finance FP&A
  • Preparation, control, implementation and monitoring of the budget, as well as reports and analysis necessary for decision making
  • Management of relationships with strategic partners in financial matters
  • Consolidation and preparation of internal and external reports related to the company’s financial Analysis
  • Financial support in the implementation of new business units
  • Interaction with headquarters in financial matters
  • Ensuring correct implementation of billing policy
  • Cash Flow Management, including resource planning, project resource tracking, request for financing needs and efficient resource management
  • Management of the relationship with banks
  • Management of corporate credit cards
  • Development of foreign currency operations
  • Strategic decision making

Qualification & Requirements

  • Studies in administrative areas, engineering or economic sciences
  • Master’s in administration, Finance or Economics MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent
  • More than 10 years of experience in financial areas, including proven experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Treasury and among other corporate financial departments
  • 100% verbal and written English
  • Experience in multinationals, multicultural teams are desired
  • Management of executive reports, presentations, critical financial information and interaction with Senior Executives
  • Great organizational capacity to lead and supervise others
  • Individual focused on results, who is capable of leading change, with a high sense of self-awareness and strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and problem solving.
