Description
Senior Manager Finance Contract to Cash – Central Europe (m/f/d) Location: Berlin Start: as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Lead C2C: Management and coordination of the entire Contract-to-Cash team in Germany, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland with responsibility for the processes of order entry, invoicing, payment processing and receivables management within our GBS organization.
- Process optimization: You are responsible for optimizing C2C processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction within the OU. You will also be the contact person for the implementation of a new global system with the goal of standardization and automation.
- Asset Management: You are responsible for improving key asset management KPIs and work closely with sales, other finance departments, and customers to achieve goals.
- Talent Management & Development: The further development and design of your successful international team is the key to long-term, successful collaboration with our internal and external partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You will work with diverse, multinational teams and stakeholders within our GBS organization and participate in global process discussions.
- Managing the collaboration of our external service providers involved in the C2C processes is another important part of this role.
Qualification & Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable field and have extensive leadership experience in multinational teams in the areas of receivables tracking and accounting.
- You have experience with projects implementing new processes and tools. Knowledge of HighRadius is desirable.
- You have excellent German and English skills. French, Czech, or Polish are optionally an advantage.
- Willingness to travel
