Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority enterprise programs from strategy through execution, delivering quantifiable EBITDA, cash, and operational outcomes.
- Develop and own initiative roadmaps, KPIs, RAID logs, resourcing plans, and cross-functional governance.
- Maintain high operational tempo across workstreams; ensure rapid escalation and decision-making.
- Build business cases and models; partner with Finance to validate impact and benefit realization.
- Identify insights using data; translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations.
- Partner with functional leaders to ensure adoption, alignment, and execution discipline.
- Integrate change management and communication planning into program delivery.
- Run weekly workstream reviews and monthly Steering Committee updates.
- Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and summaries with exceptional precision.
Qualification & Requirements
- 5-7+ years in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation.
- Proven leader of large-scale transformation or carve-out programs.
- Exceptional operator with structured problem-solving skills and analytical rigor.
- Executive presence and ability to influence across C-suite and PE stakeholders.
- High-velocity mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and compressed timelines.
- Expert in Excel/Sheets, modeling, and executive-level communication.
