Senior Manager – Customer Insights and Advocacy

Key Responsibilities

  • The Senior Manager, Customer Insights and Advocacy is responsible for driving customer centricity throughout HealthShare NSW, by leading programs relating to customer experience and engagement, and working closely with LHD partners to make system-wide improvements through data driven decisions.
  • This role manages the Customer Insights and Advocacy team, and works closely with senior leaders across the NSW Health system.

Remuneration: $166,678.00 – $186,448.00 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation
