The Enterprise Strategy Team is doing the research, analysis, and cross-functional engagement required to drive the growth agenda that will define the future of the organization.

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Strategy, this role will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to develop insights and strategic hypotheses that will help shape our future

Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis and Insights
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating strategic options and opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of markets, competitors, and industry trends
  • Support high-impact strategy projects for the CEO and/or Executive Leadership team members
  • Generate and report on quantitative analytics and qualitative insights on how to improve the business
  • Strategic Planning Support and Business Case Development
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process and multi-year strategic roadmap
  • Bring financial insights and rigor into business development and M&A efforts, working in close collaboration with the Strategic Business Development, Corporate Development and Financial Planning and Analysis team
  • Create business case for major strategic initiatives by developing financial models to evaluate strategic options and presenting recommendations to leadership
  • Project leadership and team support
  • Lead cross functional strategic initiatives (for example, collaborating with internal teams to define go-to-market strategies for specific line of business, evaluating current pricing models and providing recommendations etc.) and provide quality control on analytical outputs
  • Support knowledge management and best practice sharing

Qualification & Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA with a Finance background
  • Minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience with a background in corporate finance or in-house strategy; experience in research publishing or adjacent industries preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a track record of turning data into meaningful narratives – comfortable using tools such as Power BI, Excel, BigQuery, think-cell, Power Automate etc.
  • Prior project management experience
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Are highly organized and able to learn quickly
  • Are excellent relationship builders
  • Previous exposure to digital and AI transformation strategies
