Key Responsibilities
-
PROJECT MANAGER
-
You help keep things on track by managing partner communications and deadlines.
-
You will have oversight in enhancing and maintaining partnership project plans.
-
You will also support the automation and streamlining of standards, processes, protocols, and resources to ensure quality and consistency of program data used for reporting, learning, and strategic improvements.

PARTNERSHIP CULTIVATOR
-
You will engage in meaningful partnership building with K-12, employers, and higher education to develop deep collaboration.

Partnerships will include project managing, data requests and training components to enable quality apprenticeships to thrive.

LIAISON
-
In collaboration with the Director of Pathways you support the relationship between CW, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE), State Apprenticeship Agency (SAA) Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) as it pertains to statutory requirements, compliance-related issues and apprenticeship alignment.

You also manage the audit process for registered apprenticeship records to ensure compliance with United States Department of Labor (USDOL) requirements.

DATA TRANSLATION
-
Using various collections of data and outcomes, you translate information into meaningful datapoints that articulate the successes and benefits of youth apprenticeship programs.

TRAINING
-
In partnership with internal CW teams, you offer training opportunities with external partners to assist stakeholders in accurate data collection that can showcase reporting outcomes needed.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
-
Ensure that Colorado shared services including IT, grants and Research, etc. are aligned with the pathways efforts and can integrate the unique programmatic requirements of licensed pathways into their workflow.

SPECIFIC REPORTING DUTIES
-
Employment tracking
-
Maintain up-to-date records in the USDOL RAPIDS database
-
Support enrollment of apprentices in higher education bachelor’s degree programs
-
Register or modify Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) standards for additional employers and higher education partners
-
RAP paperwork for employers, higher education partners and apprentices
-
Tracking and evaluating prior experience
-
Salesforce data entry and quality assurance
-
CDE apprentice authorization process for apprentices (statement of assurance)
-
CDE data collection
-
Tracking competencies for Related Instruction and On the Job Training
-
Surveys and pulse checks for apprentices, mentors and district staff
-
Grant tacking and compliance
-
Pre-apprenticeship data collection
-
CDE and CDLE bi-annual audit and sponsorship renewal
-

May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Requirements

- Meticulously detailed and organized

You understand the nuances of unique partners, but the overall goal of meeting deadlines and requirements

Can comply with requirements for licensed pathways; you also work to ensure CW is abiding by these regulations according to specific parameters

Excellent project manager with a successful track record of managing multiple deadlines
-
You have a clear grasp of the CW youth apprenticeship model and know what data points to collect for the variety of grant applications and other documents published to highlight outcomes of youth apprenticeship

Demonstrates a commitment to the principles of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)

Additional Proficiencies

Must have polished written and verbal communication skills

Finds meaningful and intuitive ways to make data-driven decisions

Strong project management skills; independently sets work priorities and meets deadlines

Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Experience using a CRM and databases (preferably Salesforce)

Works collaboratively with other teams and partners

Experience and interest in working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
