Senior Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Professional Services to prioritise and track cross-functional activities for client implementations.
• Lead and support team members within the EMEA Professional Services group.
• Oversee a portfolio of client projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Coordinate the migration of existing clients to updated platforms.
• Communicate progress, performance, and delivery costs clearly and regularly.
• Share client feedback with the Product team to inform future development.
• Continuously improve hybrid delivery processes and support quality assurance.
• Represent the Delivery team in pre-sales, ongoing service, and support engagements.

Qualification & Requirements

• Experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally in software or technology.
• Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration across functions.
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable with presentations and written updates.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with planning and coordinating activities across product and engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Understanding of agile delivery practices.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced settings.
• Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with identity verification or biometrics is a plus.
• Exposure to fintech environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Analytical mindset for documenting technical requirements.
• Project management certification.
