Description
Sligro has high ambitions when it comes to the accelerated operationalization of our HR-IT roadmap, including the implementation of various modules of Successfactors. Your role in this as Senior HR Shared Service Manager is crucial with regard to the HR systems and processes.
Important within the Sligro organization is maintaining your network and stakeholder management. You report to the HR management NL.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for setting up an HR Shared Service Center
- You are responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the policy around four pillars: HR digital, HR operations, HR Data and Payroll administration.
- Leading multiple teams, directly to two Seniors and indirectly 18 employees
- Developing and monitoring policy and annual calendar run
- Support on HR Projects
- Developing and monitoring reports
- HR support to HR COEs
Qualification & Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the HR fields: digital and administration
- A completed university degree; preferably in the field of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Sciences or Work and Organizational Psychology
- Extensive experience as a Manager within a corporate organization
- You have knowledge and experience of SAP Success Factors
- Professional technical competencies, including knowledge of legislation and regulations, project skills and contract management
