Senior Finance Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the R2R and AR activities for the Americas region, including general ledger, accounts receivables, cash management and fixed assets (daily operations and month-end close)
• Oversee Finance Operations processes – Covering main R2R and AR activities such as:
  • AR daily operations including Cash Application
  • Cash management daily operations including support and guidance, cash clearing accounts and review monthly bank reconciliations
  • Fixed assets daily operations including CIP projects and analytic review
  • Perform and review Month end close processes
  • Review and analyze accounts and general ledger reconciliations
  • Perform Intercompany reconciliations
  • Involved with Inter-company settlement
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Indirect supervising (matrix manager) of the shared service offshore team located in India
  • Collaboration and close work with other company’s units such Regional controllers, Corporate accounting, Collection teams, Treasury, Tax and IT teams
  • Support of audits conducted by the external and internal auditors

Qualification & Requirements

• Accountant with more than 5 years’ experience in accounting & AR and R2R finance operations
• Oracle or Workday knowledge – an advantage
• Experienced working in Excel
• Working in global organization and experience with multi-cultural environment
• Work in shifts
• Proficient in English – writing and verbal skills
• Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking
• Team player, result driven, details oriented, independent, proactive and highly motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
