Senior Director of Taxation

Key Responsibilities

• Team management: responsible for group staff meetings, training and performance appraisal, and collaborate with managers to manage and build teams.
• Responsible for implementing the accounting and general ledger reporting process operation specifications and management systems of the shared center (assets, taxes, financing, salaries, long-term investments, etc.), and ensuring that job duties meet the service level of the financial shared service center.
• Responsible for the connection with the tax management system, including monthly reporting issues, statistical analysis of business issues, and system requirements connection.
• Responsible for the connection between the headquarters and tax matters, responsible for general ledger tax special projects, process optimization, system requirements, SOP preparation, process document writing, cooperate with internal quality management inspections, and assist in external audits, internal audits, headquarters risk control and other work.
