Description
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is the UK’s biggest government department. Responsible for building digital services that make a real difference to the lives of the 20 million people that access our services. DWP Digital is finding new ways to use our technology, expertise and innovation to help those who need it most. We’re changing how we work, transforming digital services for millions of citizens and their needs are at the heart of everything we do.
A Senior Digital Practice Support Manager will work within a Practice Support team to build Digital capacity whilst increasing membership engagement in order to grow and retain talent.
You will play an active part within the Practice community, helping job families understand the bigger picture beyond their own area, encouraging collaborative cross-Practice delivery, providing professional support and help build capability and community.
There are three roles focused on delivering Comms and Engagement initiatives across three different Practices.
We have a number of exciting opportunities across teams shaping the future at DWP Digital:

These business support services are provided through a combination of centralized teams at Group level and functional teams supporting Directors to deliver their respective lines of business.
Please note: As part of the role, you may be required to travel regularly to the other digital hubs. The frequency of this will be discussed further should you be successful.
