Description

This role is a key position in managing the day-to-day performance of the TBS CE Finance operations as per the agreed Service Model.

The role holder acts as the primary Service Operations leader amongst their peer group, stakeholders and project teams for the purpose of ensuring all services managed in a successful and planned manner towards the Business.

Senior Customer to Cash Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that C2C services are delivered to the market finance teams complying with the Service Delivery Management framework which supports an environment of stronger relationships with market
  • Cover selected C2C areas in CE Finance to ensure the process standardization meets the business expectations
  • Ensure that CE deploys any new Finance Services related global processes and operates in the CE HUB
  • Apply process and business knowledge to understand impact on Financials and work with cross functional teams to mitigate risks
  • Ensure controls are followed & their adherence evidenced
  • Work in alignment with Global Process Owner and business as usual teams (inside and outside of finance) and act as ambassador of the Global Template and Processes
  • Ensure the Service Management Framework and Quality Assurance is implemented for Finance
  • Effective management of team, by having right talent, nurturing them and develop a high performing team
  • Create environment of Learning & Development, build culture of transparency and inclusiveness
  • Understands process mapping/analysis and make the global process work for CE
  • Get the knowledge and understanding about all the local specifics for 3 countries
  • Deliver, demonstrate and build a robust Continuous Improvement culture. Land system changes effectively.
  • Identifies the solution which will work for the BAU organization

Qualification & Requirements

  • University education
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Hungarian language knowledge is preferred
  • 5-8 years relevant experience in finance (preferably in a large, global complex organization with oversight of large budget in GBS / SSC environment)
  • Minimum 4 years in a senior managerial role
  • Excellent organizational. leadership skills and an analytical mind with a strategic ability
  • Extensive knowledge of financial processes and regulations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
