Description
We are seeking a (Senior) Business Process Expert (m/f/d) Record-to- Report (Controlling) to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Group’s controlling methodology and act as an in-house controlling expert. Support the Global Process Owner in the implementation of the Group framework.
- Collaboration with global and regional teams, IT, and subject matter experts to standardize, automate, define, and develop operational controlling concepts/processes for the PHOENIX Group
- Accompanying the transformation of the Phoenix companies into a central S/4HANA-based finance/controlling system
- Continuous, functional development of template processes together with business partners and involved IT teams
- Creating and updating documentation, training materials and conducting user training
- Supporting the technical support of the SAP ECC/ S/4 HANA system
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed business studies, commercial vocational training with several years of experience in controlling/consulting
- Experience with complex, international organizations and with the standardization of processes and their global implementation
- Further training as a certified controller is an advantage
- Understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling functionalities and processes, preferably in industry, trade and/or logistics companies; knowledge of the adjacent modules SD and MM is an advantage
- Practical experience in project work is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills and willingness to travel
