Senior Assistant Manager. NUHS HR Group Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the data management team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing for HR Data for all the institutions and departments in NUHS.
  • Accountable for service level agreement (SLA) deliverables and achievement of Data Management workplan.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the management of HR data management, oversee and manage all agreed HR processes and ensure the services are delivered in line with NUHS policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with COE team members, internal Shared Services cross teams, HRIS teams, and various institutions business partners.
  • Manage projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR operations experience (preferably at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role).
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel. Experience with RPA or workflow automation is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
  • Exhibit strong people management skills and competent in motivating and developing team(s).
