Senior Accounting Lead – Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day SSC and service provider accounting operations.
• Approve journal entries, P&L reports, account reconciliations, intercompany invoices, and income tax provisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and delivery of financials.
• Review Magnitude reporting packages and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Monitor internal control adherence (ICRF) across SSC, BU, and vendors.
• Collaborate on special projects and process improvements.
• Provide audit and tax support, including documentation and resolution of issues.
• Guide service provider teams with technical accounting insights.

Qualification & Requirements

• QAD experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (CPA/CMA and/or advanced degree preferred).
• 5–10 years’ general accounting experience in a large, international organization.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience working with shared service and outsourced accounting teams.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems skills.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work across time zones and cultures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting financial reporting for high-volume account portfolios.
• Prior experience with Magnitude reporting and compliance.
• Familiarity with international tax, treasury, and regulatory reporting processes.
