SAP SCM Associate Director / Director (MM / S2P / SD)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SCM transformation projects, including solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP MM/S2P (Materials Management / Source-to-Pay) and/or SAP SD + Activate methodologies.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and develop scalable SAP solutions.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive best practices in supply chain processes, leveraging SAP functionalities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants within the team.

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM consulting, with proven leadership in SAP MM/S2P and/or SAP SD with Activate methodology.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, order-to-cash, logistics, and supplier collaboration.
• Hands-on experience leading multiple full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA transformations.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale SAP projects.
