As a Sales Enablement Platform Product Lead within the Product & Experience team, you will execute on the vision of Sales Enablement platform by developing a comprehensive, well-informed roadmap of capabilities that will enhance experience of all participants of the platform. You will Identify opportunities to incorporate agentic frameworks and LLM solutions to bring innovative platform capabilities.

The Sales Enablement team within Global Banking serves the needs of Bankers (within Corporate bank, commercial bank and investment bank ), and Payment Sales professionals to help them serve our clients. Sales Enablement team owns a collection of external and home-grown platforms for CRMs, Deal Workflow, Marketing, and tools. The platform team is a horizontal function within Sales Enablement that is accountable for overall ecosystem health, scale & performance, capabilities & business architecture, reporting, development of common shared services and governance across all participants in the Sales enablement ecosystem. This team helps product and experience teams build innovative banker experiences, enhance banker efficiency, and provide a competitive edge though insights, at scale. This team is also responsible for success of partner teams that leverage Sales enablement platform to reach bankers and Payment sales.

Sales Enablement Platform Product Lead – Executive Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop well thought through articulation of build vs. buy/rent/partner, with thorough analysis of capabilities, data, and users.
  • Develop a comprehensive performance strategy – partner with engineering to define metrics, assess performance and co-develop roadmap to enhance performance
  • Own and articulate the platform narrative – platform success metrics, value proposition of capabilities, areas of opportunity, growth strategy.
  • Develop close partnership with LOB and enterprise architecture teams and engineering delivery teams with early and open engagement for forward looking architecture, clear scope, and timely delivery
  • Lead development of intelligent platform capabilities including personalization, search, and other shared platform capabilities in line with the mission of the platform team.
  • Oversee high quality team delivery with clear reporting of plan, risks, dependencies, value, and documentation updating data & capability map.
  • Develop and maintain business architecture, capability catalog, data map, workflows and find ways to optimize, deliver insights, and augment using AI/ML/ LLM capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering and architect teams in scaling the platform to meet the needs of more users and capabilities and in added geographies.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure platform health, outages, reporting and develop strategies to optimize.
  • Develop and publish platform onboarding, operating, and performance standards for the platform & participants.
  • Define and refine the operating model for stakeholders and partners that leverage the platform to expose capabilities to bankers

Qualification & Requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 8+ years of combined hands-on experience in engineering, product management, platform management and scaling across varied user groups and geographies.
  • Engineering / technical degree
  • Experience managing platforms with multiple tenants, developing & publishing platform standards, and measurement of platform performance.
  • Well versed in domain driven design paradigms. Strong experience in developing and governing APIs, integration standards with excellent documentation
  • Strong data sense, ability to define key performance indicators and measurement techniques that will inform areas of growth and opportunities for the platform and tenants
  • Ability to partner closely with engineering and architecture leaders at various levels, and develop contribute/ consume models and collaborate with other product, platform, and business teams.
  • Experience in thinking through, and defining service levels for the product, spanning multiple applications, and components and setting up supporting reporting mechanisms.
  • Quick learner with demonstrated ability to problem solve, solution, and map out future state and lead teams to deliver.
  • Excellent collaboration & interpersonal skills with ability to influence without authority, foster strong partnerships with demanding stakeholders, drive progress in a dynamic environment.
  • Superior presentation authoring and presentation skills to a variety of technical and non-technical audience
  • Mentor and develop leaders within the sales enablement and global banking organization.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Technical Strategy consulting experience
  • CRM/ Salesforce experience
  • Previous experience as a manager of a high-functioning team with ability to deliver effective results with a lean team.
