Description
Sodexo is launching an ERP replacement program covering across 82 countries, to migrate each to either SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). In the context of such an ambitious program, we are looking for a Regional Order-to-Cash (O2C) Business Process Owner to support Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global BPO in defining the Core Model by bringing local inputs
- Ensure that the Core Model is respected locally (subject to local legislation)
- Adapt, when necessary, the macro-process to local specificities
- Bring the voice of the sites/operations to ensure processes are designed to smooth and simplify the life of the end users
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing of the target solution
- Be an ambassador at region / country level for the process adherence
- Be an ambassador for change management
- Train key users
Qualification & Requirements
- At least 8 years of Accounting / Order-to-Cash experience.
- Experience and understanding of GBS / Shared Services environments.
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA.
- Project management experience to ensure timely execution.
- Experience in interaction with Finance Headquarter leaders in large multinational company.
- Able to travel occasionally to attend some meetings with countries (to confirm).
- Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to influence country CFO, Sodexo HQ Group Controlling leader and Business Process Owner
- High degree of customer orientation.
- Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools.
- Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environment.
- Able to interact in a multi-cultural environment.
