Description

Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player Service Provider Industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board an RTR Manager & Senior Manager to join their team in Johor Bahru

RTR Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

R2R Process Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end R2R operations including general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, and financial close processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

SAP S/4HANA Expertise

  • Leverage deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC FI) to optimize R2R workflows.
  • Drive automation and standardization of R2R processes using SAP tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and transformation teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, IFRS compliance, and corporate accounting policies.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and timely responses.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage and mentor a team of accountants and analysts, both onshore and offshore.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business units and shared service centers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead or support finance transformation projects, including process redesign and system integration.
  • Drive KPIs such as close cycle time, automation rate, compliance rate, and stakeholder satisfaction
