Description
Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player Service Provider Industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board an RTR Manager & Senior Manager to join their team in Johor Bahru
Key Responsibilities
R2R Process Ownership
- Lead end-to-end R2R operations including general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, and financial close processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
- Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
SAP S/4HANA Expertise
- Leverage deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC FI) to optimize R2R workflows.
- Drive automation and standardization of R2R processes using SAP tools.
- Collaborate with IT and transformation teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, IFRS compliance, and corporate accounting policies.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and timely responses.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants and analysts, both onshore and offshore.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business units and shared service centers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Strategic Initiatives
- Lead or support finance transformation projects, including process redesign and system integration.
- Drive KPIs such as close cycle time, automation rate, compliance rate, and stakeholder satisfaction
