Description
The Risk Shared Services & Integration Manager is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the RMO Change, Integration, & Shared Services Officer in harmonizing risk management practices across business units and advancing the Risk Management Organization’s (RMO) strategic initiatives. This role involves leading the Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) Program, driving integrated risk management across the shared service platform, and overseeing the prioritization and solutioning of all eGRC initiatives in partnership with technology. The Head of Risk Shared Services & Integration collaborates with business and risk leaders to integrate risk management activities, optimize processes, develop integrated risk platform solutions, and define transformation initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment in risk management across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of enterprise-wide risk integration program activities to enhance consistency and alignment across the business and RMO, including establishing operating standards and refining existing processes for risk assessment, identification, and monitoring.
- Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new risk processes and frameworks.
- Partner with business unit leaders to integrate risk considerations into business processes. Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness and capabilities across the organization.
- Supervise and mentor risk professionals across multiple risk domains, facilitate collaboration between risk teams, and coordinate cross-functional risk projects to deliver optimal outcomes. Lead regular working sessions with stakeholders to address emerging risks.
- Drive the vision, leadership, communication, and oversight of the Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) strategy, framework, and associated policies and procedures.
- Lead prioritization of eGRC initiatives and the end-to-end lifecycle for changes across all Risk Programs in the eGRC ecosystem.
- Provide oversight for adherence to the eGRC policy and procedures across all eGRC solutions.
- Manage the Organizational Hierarchy and corresponding system of record for reporting on risk management activities across the enterprise.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or science/academic field, or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Ten to twelve years of risk management experience in financial services or related field.
- Broad risk and regulatory knowledge with an emphasis on: Credit, Market, Liquidity, Compliance, Technology, Operational, Reputational, and Strategic Risks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, multi-task, and drive change.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance or equivalent science/academic field. Twelve+ years of risk management experience in financial services or related field
