Key Responsibilities
Four Seasons Hotel Miami is searching for a Revenue Manager. This role will be an Assistant Manager role. The position will support the total revenue management efforts throughout the hotel while collaborating with the Senior Director of Revenue on rate, inventory, and marketing strategies for maximum return on investment. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Opera, IDeaS G3 RMS, and PowerBI. Excellent verbal skills in English are required, and additional proficiency in another language is a plus. Previous experience in Reservations, Revenue Management or Sales and Marketing is required. Additionally, previous experience as a Group Rooms Coordinator or Rooms Controller is preferred. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working in a team setting.
Qualification & Requirements
- Four-year college degree from accredited university.
- Requires three years of experience in reservations management, revenue management or sales & marketing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong, comfortable IT (Information Technology) foundation is required: Proficient in Excel, Opera, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Windows, Knowledge of PowerBI., Ideas RMS and Hotelligence is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to demonstrate key insights translated to fact-based decision making.
