Description
The Requisition to Pay (R2P) Manager is a key role as it will lead all R2P operations in the North America region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead North America R2P operations to enable business continuity and ensure compliance adherence
- Partner with the global R2P leadership in developing the regional R2P operation team and deploying this team effectively to meet the functional and regional goals
- Work directly with 3 rd party managed service providers to drive operation excellence.
- Be responsible for coordinating and connecting the delivery of R2P services in the region
- Ensures service delivery meets standards and requirements with an emphasis on continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, supply chain team etc.) with a view to constructively influencing the needs and expectations in the region.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, accounting or any related field
- With at least 10 years’ experience in Procurement, Finance or other relevant business experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in people management
- With SAP hands-on operation and project implementation experience
- Preferred- Prior experience of Finance digitalization and automation
