Description
Our client is a highly reputable, globally recognized organization operating within the professional services sector. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional HR Operations Director to lead and optimize HR operations across multiple geographies. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiency, standardization, and transformation within HR service delivery, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across the region, ensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with international stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence
- Drive transformation initiatives, including the migration and consolidation of HR operations into a Global Business Services (GBS) model in Poland
- Design and implement scalable, efficient HR processes, leveraging technology and best practices
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global policies across multiple jurisdictions
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Act as a key advisor on HR operational strategy and organizational effectiveness
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Operations leadership at a regional or global level
- Strong track record in HR transformation, including experience with transitions/migrations to GBS or shared services environments (ideally within Poland)
- A unique blend of technical expertise (process optimization, systems, data) and deep understanding of HR operations
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels across different cultures
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing distributed teams
- Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed, international environment
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
