Lead the Financial Operations team in the respective region, ensuring harmonized roles and processes, robust controls, and optimal use of technology.

Regional Financial Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for the design and implementation of the regional financial operations strategy, in line with the global strategy .
  • Ensure that the financial operations strategy is fully implemented and effective in the region.
  • Contribute to the overall regional strategy and its execution, working with the region’s CFOs and business leaders.
  • Team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and lead high-performing, sustainable finance teams across the country and in the shared services center; mentor and develop staff using a collaborative and supportive approach.
  • Operational excellence, risk management and use of technology
  • Ensure robust controls, standardized roles and processes, implementation and use of core technology to harmonize ways of working, capitalize on synergies and generate efficiencies
  • Lead the continuous improvement process, generating year-over-year productivity improvements. Own the finance quality metrics and standards with the countries as a service provider for finance tasks.
  • Develop the shared services center and teams in the country, providing learning and development opportunities

Qualification & Requirements

  • University graduates in Business Administration, Management, Finance.
  • MBA
  • At least 15 years of experience in financial management.
  • English level: Advanced (Mandatory)
  • Empathetic profile that can work under pressure, with a business-oriented approach and the ability to report regionally,
