Description
The Europe Strategic Project Manager is responsible, together with Global and OpCo D&T, to support and orchestrate delivering our European D&T Strategic plans aligned to the regional business priorities and to D&T’s strategic bold moves. You will keep frequent and constructive collaboration with OpCos to address gaps and challenges at OpCos related to various future transformations, to ensure that OpCos extract the maximum possible value during their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- shaping and supporting, together with OpCos, the successful delivery of digital solutions portfolios by unlocking programs and orchestrating integrity processes and risk control product strategies on HEINEKEN platforms that meet the unique requirements and compliance needs of local markets
- translating portfolio requirements and problems into tangible experience improvements, scoping, prioritizing, and driving them to completion
- prioritizing portfolio opportunities effectively from a wide range of inputs to focus on the most impactful projects and aligning these priorities to product roadmaps
- being aware of European regional, top-down policy and operational strategy
- working closely with cross-functional D&T teams (functional teams, product management, operations, risk management, strategy, and commercials) to identify, assess, and resolve ad integrity-related issues across various products, processes, and regional events/crises.
Qualification & Requirements
- strong experience in portfolio management, project governance management, and strategic project management
- an entrepreneurial mindset, are self-driven, comfortable working in ambiguous yet fast-paced environments, and passionate about supporting various products that scale
- clear communication skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities, especially in cross-functional settings
- strong organizational skills, are a devoted practitioner of project management, and comfortable leading complex coordination across various teams on a regional level
- the capability for in-depth interpretation through qualitative insights
- a deep interest in developing and growing various business opportunities
- commitment to organisational goals
- detailed understanding of portfolio management, including experience in monitoring and reporting performance and portfolio management indicators
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills to build and maintain trusting relationships and collaboration at all levels of the organisation
- ability to handle difficult situations and escalations, being proactive in identifying and solving problems and issues
- experience in lean management and continuous improvement.
