Description

As part of the APAC finance team, we are seeking experienced professionals for two key managerial roles: Accounts Payable (AP) Manager and Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager. Both roles will be instrumental in overseeing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process efficiencies within a growing regional hub.

Regional AP / AR Manager (APAC)

Key Responsibilities

for Accounts Payable (AP) Manager:

  • Lead and manage the AP team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Oversee employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor AP aging, ensuring timely payments and proper reconciliation.
  • Support month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including indirect taxes (GST, VAT, SST).
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.

for Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager:

  • Lead and manage the AR team, overseeing billing, collections, and credit control.
  • Monitor AR aging, implementing collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
  • Manage customer credit risk, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support month-end closing, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and support audit processes.
  • Implement process enhancements for improved receivables management.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with at least 5 years of relevant experience in AP or AR.
  • Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
